We align our priorities with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), ensuring that local actions contribute to global progress. Strengthening workplace health and safety by monitoring incidents, near misses, and training coverage to proactively identify risks and protect employees and contractors.
Advancing gender equity and inclusion by tracking representation in leadership, monitoring pay equity, and embedding policies on parental leave, feedback, and harassment prevention, consistent with WGEA reporting requirements.
Expanding renewable energy access by providing solar solutions, supplying renewable electricity, and monitoring energy use and electricity sources to support the transition to smart grids.
Promoting fair work practices by tracking employee engagement, retention, flexible work arrangements, and human rights awareness across operations and supply chains, and integrating supplier due diligence on labour standards and modern slavery risks.
Driving innovation and resilience by improving customer experience, supporting decentralised clean energy solutions, and engaging suppliers on sustainability performance and product stewardship.
Improving resource stewardship by monitoring recycling, landfill diversion, and e-waste management across operations. Hazardous waste is not material to Energy Bay’s own activities, but supplier performance on waste and hazardous materials is assessed through our Code of Conduct and ESG requirements.
Integrating climate considerations by embedding carbon emissions tracking, resilience planning, and climate risk assessments into decision-making, aligned with national and global climate goals.
Reinforcing governance and accountability by strengthening compliance systems, data protection, and ethics frameworks to reduce risks and maintain stakeholder trust.
